Damage During Transit
If any damage is suspected upon delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
All claims must be handled in accordance with the carrier’s policies.
Receiving Your Order
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left by the carrier. Please arrange redelivery within the specified holding period.
If the package is returned due to non-collection, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Repeated non-collection or refusal of deliveries may result in restrictions on future purchases.
International Shipping
Prices for international orders do not include Japanese consumption tax.
Any duties, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs & Import Procedures
